Customer Service Assistant
Based at: Head Office, High Wycombe
Salary is up to £17,117 per annum

As a key part of the customer services team, you will be answering and fielding telephone and written queries, processing orders, dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail, collating and distributing information packs and recording data onto our database. You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with good numeracy and IT skills. A flexible attitude, commitment to high standards and a sense of humour are important.

Voluntary Support Groups
Our local voluntary support groups are run entirely by volunteers and we are indebted to them for continuing Coeliac UK's support in the community. If you'd like to join or assist your nearest group, you can find your nearest group on our map .
