"I found it a bit difficult when I was first diagnosed as I didn't like the idea of having to explain why I wasn't eating the same as everyone else.  But as I have grown up I realised that it's fine to be different.  My friends are always asking me about my condition and I am more than happy to explain all I know.  I find the Food and Drink DirectoryOur annual Directory of gluten-free food and drink which manufacturers voluntarily submit to. fantastic and don't know where I would be without it."
