"Coeliac diseaseA condition where a person is unable to eat gluten as it makes their body attack itself. has always been a part of my life. I have not let this restrict me in any way, shape or form. I grew up going to all of my friends' parties. I went on school trips.  I continued onto University, living away from home and after my studies were complete, I took a year out to travel parts of the world."
