EC Regulation on gluten-free foods

You can submit your comments on the Draft Regulation for gluten-free foods. The Food Standards Agency opened a public consultation on the Draft Commission Regulation concerning the composition and labelling of foods suitable for people intolerant to gluten. The deadline for comments is the 30th September 2008.
