 Meal at Wagamamas (TBC)   Tuesday 27 September, 7.30pm at Wagamamas, 36A St Andrew’s Street, Cambridge, CB2 3AR.


3 Course Meal at The Park  Tuesday 1 November, 7.30pm at The Park, Cambridge Regional College, King Hedges, Cambridge CB4 2OT. Cost £20pp.

Smoked salmon mouse with homemade soda bread, and beetroot chutney       


Chestnut soup with crispy Norfolk bacon croutons                                                 


Chicken liver parfait with East Anglian cress and pomegranate salsa                   


Main course (all served with seasonal vegetables):                     


Roast Norfolk turkey with gingerbread stuffing, homemade cranberry and


      orange sauce, and sausages wrapped in bacon apple and onion gravy     


Venison medallions with swede purée, bourguignon style jus, herb dumplings      


Roast loin of lamb with butternut squash and sesame cakes, aubergine and red wine jus
