When you are first diagnosed with coeliac disease, cooking and eating gluten-free foods may seem overwhelming and frustrating.

  • Join Coeliac UK to receive a copy of our Food and Drink Directory which lists over 11,000 products. If you become a Member, you will also receive the most recent Crossed GrainOur magazine which is published three times a year. magazine with recipes and cooking advice. If you are not a Member, you can buy these from our shop.
  • Use our handy ingredients checklist when buying your food
  • Have a look at our A-Z list of grains to see what alternative gluten-free grains you could use in your cooking.
  • Check out our monthly recipe.
  • Buy one of our gluten-free recipe books from our shop and help to raise funds for Coeliac UK at the same time.
  • Sign up to our monthly electronic newsletter - eXGOur online email newsletter which is sent to our Members each month. - which contains the latest food updates with new products and recipes.
