But at Coeliac UK, we see this is as a chance to learn new cooking skills and try your hand at new recipes. There is a wealth of naturally gluten-free ingredients and lots of ways Coeliac UK can help with your new approach to cooking:

  • Join Coeliac UK to receive a FREE copy of our Food and Drink Directory which contains lots of gluten-free baking ingredients and a copy of Crossed Grain magazine which contains recipes and cooking advice. If you are not a Member, you can buy these from our shop.
  • Use our handy ingredients' checklist when buying your food.
  • Have a look at our A-Z list! to see what alternative gluten-free grains you could use in your cooking
  • Check out our monthly recipe - all previous recipes are archived in this section.
