Crossed Grain Symbol

When our Crossed Grain Symbol appears on packaging it tells you that the food is gluten-free.

Some supermarkets use their own version of the Crossed Grain Symbol.

You may come across a variety of different terms used to enable people with coeliac disease to select food safely such as:

• 'gluten-free'
• 'suitable for coeliacs'
• 'suitable for a gluten-free diet'

Manufacturers do not currently have to label their products in these ways, although some may choose to do so. For further information on reading labels, click here.
