Gluten and wheat-free cookery classes

This is a great opportunity to learn more about gluten and wheat-free cooking in order to help advise your patients. You will get to cook six gluten and wheat-free dishes in each class, including gluten-freeWhen a food has less than 20 parts per million (ppm) of gluten so it is safe for people with coeliac disease to eat. bread.
