Thu, 27 January 2011 If you are a Member of Coeliac UK you should have received your new copy of the 2011 Food and Drink DirectoryOur annual Directory of gluten-free food and drink which manufacturers voluntarily submit to. by the end of this week. We hope you find this to be a valuable resource for you and your patients.
You may find that some products are not listed in this year’s Directory. Some manufacturers do not provide the information we require or no longer comply with the criteria for inclusion in the Directory. If you have any questions please see our Frequently Asked Questions page or contact us.
Each month we produce additions and deletions to the Directory to keep you up-to-date. To update your Directory visit the Food and Drink Directory update page.
