  • Why do I need to activate my account?

    To ensure all Members can easily access the new website we have implemented a quick way  to easily get into the new website.

    Once you have done this you can set up a new username and password which you will use from now on.

  • How do I log-in?

    If you are an existing Member and you have not chosen a new password for our new website you will need to activate your account.

    If you have already activated your account then you will need to use the username and password you set up.

    If you have forgotten your password you can go to the log-in screen and request a new password is sent to your email address.

  • How do I activate my account?


    To activate your account follow these easy steps.

    1. Activate your account.  To do this click on the “Activate my account” link and then enter your MembershipIf you have been diagnosed with coeliac disease then you can become a Member of Coeliac UK. number and postcode.
    2. Choose a username, check your email address is correct and choose a password.

    Once you have done this you will be logged in.   You can then use the new username and password to log-in next time.

  • Will my login details for the previous website work?

    Because not all Members had log-in details for the previous website we have implemented a quick way for everyone to easily get into the new website.

    Therefore, to login to the new site you will need to follow these steps.

    1. Activate your account.  To do this click on the log-in link and then enter your MembershipIf you have been diagnosed with coeliac disease then you can become a Member of Coeliac UK. number and postcode.

  • Why is my password not working?

    Because we have a new website your password for the old website is no longer valid therefore you need to activate your new account and set a new password.

  • I have forgotten my password. What do I do?

    If you have already activated your account, but forgotten the password, you can request a new password.

    Your password for the old website is no longer valid therefore do not worry if you have forgotten this.  When you activate your new account you will be able to set a new password.
