These are incorrectly stated to be gluten-freeWhen a food has less than 20 parts per million (ppm) of gluten so it is safe for people with coeliac disease to eat.

Spelt flour and any items that are made with spelt are not suitable for people with coeliac diseaseA condition where a person is unable to eat gluten as it makes their body attack itself. .

The magazine noted it will feature a letter from a reader about the misinformation in the January 2010 edition and will print it with a retraction.

The January edition of the magazine will be available from the beginning of December.
