Gluten-free cooking demonstration on Scottish Television this week

STV will be broadcasting two gluten-freeWhen a food has less than 20 parts per million (ppm) of gluten so it is safe for people with coeliac disease to eat. cooking demonstrations on their The Hour Show this week on Tuesday 7 July and Thursday 9 July at 5pm.

Lucinda Bruce-Gardyne, from Genius, has been asked on to the show to do some gluten-freeWhen a food has less than 20 parts per million (ppm) of gluten so it is safe for people with coeliac disease to eat. cooking demonstrations and we have arranged for Members from the Glasgow Group to be interviewed and taste the items she will be making.

If you aren’t able to watch it on TV you can watch it on their website. However, please note it won’t be on line for a couple of hours after it is broadcast.

The producers have also said that they will include information about Coeliac UK and links to our website from their website in order for people to find out more.
