Following publication of the NICENational Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence - an independent organisation responsible for providing national guidance on promoting good health and preventing and treating ill health. NICE had produced a clinical guideline on the recognition and assessment of coeliac disease. Guidelines on the diagnosis of coeliac diseaseA condition where a person is unable to eat gluten as it makes their body attack itself. , we'd like to benchmark issues as they stand at the moment.  We know that diagnosis is problematic, but having more statistics at the point of publication of the Guidelines helps us enormously as we take these forward.

Many of you will have seen the Diagnosis Survey in your Free for Tea? toolkits, but now it is available online.

You can forward the link to any friends and family that have been diagnosed, but if you have already completed the hard copy questionnaire, please don't complete the online one as all results will be analysed together.
