How to pay

We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of Solo. We cannot accept payment by cheque for orders made over the internet.

Postage and packaging is included in the price when delivering to the UK.

Delivery

Your order payment will be processed straight away, but please allow up to 10 working days for delivery in the UK and 14 working days for overseas deliveries.

Refunds

We aim to supply goods which meet our customers’ expectations. In the event that any product proves unsatisfactory as a result of defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return it to us for a replacement or a full refund. Amending or cancelling orders

Please note that once an order has been placed on our web site we can not cancel or amend the order itself or the delivery details that you have provided.

You are entitled to return the whole order in its original condition, with the original packaging, within 28 days of purchase to receive a full refund.

Where a refund is claimed, please allow us 21 working days to process this.
