Announcements by Pho and Cote regarding their recent GF accreditations were picked up in: QSR Media, Big Hospitality, and Eat Out Magazine. Other coverage in catering publications includes Fry Monthly and an in depth feature in Morning Advertiser.

Last year we were contacted by researchers on the Channel 4’s Supershoppers programme who had requested information about gluten-free products. In advance of the programme airing, the details of the show was picked up by Daily Mail and The Sun and a subsequent article again in the Daily Mail. We provided an interview for WebMD, which is published on behalf of Boots (the chemist) for a very detailed overview of advice post coeliac disease diagnosis. Closer magazine published an article on their website about the symptoms of coeliac disease and the gluten-free diet, citing information from Coeliac UK.
