Following our announcement that Morrisons has signed up to our Gluten-free Guarantee, coverage appeared online in Bakery and Snacks, Kam City, Retail Times, Craven Herald and blogs Gluten Free Edinburgh and The only way is gluten free.

We also issued a press release about the Charity’s training event for caterers, manufacturers, retailers and the food service which has led to some excellent coverage which we hope will encourage many more to attend. Coverage included Cost Sector, Big Hospitality, Caterer & Licensee, Bakery and Snacks and Stockpot.

We supplied information and interviews for an article in The Independent regarding the cost of gluten-free foods, and a similar story appeared on An article providing tips for a gluten-free diet in the Huffington Post recommends our app and Membership. Other coverage was published in Daily Express, The WeekWhich? Magazine, and BBC Good Food.

The Leeds food fair event was covered in the Yorkshire Evening Post. Details of fundraising by Local Groups and our London Marathon runners has appeared in a number of publications. Most is only in the hard copy publication but online coverage includes This is Wiltshire, Braintree & Witham Times, Alton Post Gazette, SR News, and Sunderland Echo.

News on gluten-free prescription cuts has once again been widespread and this article in the Southend Echo was repeated in numerous publications across the South East region. Coeliac UK was interviewed by BBC Radio Essex on Saturday 19 March (at 2 hours 18mins) and we also were interviewed by the Manchester Evening News in regard to the Bury CCG consultation and we also provided a case study to speak to the paper. The Hull Daily Mail also published an article on gluten-free prescription cuts.

There was an excellent and extensive interview on BBC Radio Wales including interviews with case studies and also with Tristan, the listen again link has now been taken down but it was reported on their website.
