New BBC One TV show needs you!

10 August 2010

Maverick Television, makers of Embarrassing Bodies are looking for someone who may have coeliac disease but who has not yet been diagnosed for their brand-new health show for BBC One.

It is essential that the person must:

not have already had a blood test or a biopsy
not be already following a gluten-free diet
must have symptoms which strongly suggest they have undiagnosed coeliac disease.
have symptoms that are visual such as mouth ulcers, dermatitis herpetiformis, hair loss or thinning, extreme weight loss or swollen joints etc (but can also have bowel related symptoms, fertility issues and osteoporosis).
Ideally they are looking for a male aged 20 - 40s but they would consider a strong story from a woman or child.

So if you think you, or a friend or member of your family has the symptoms they’re looking for and are happy to be part of a new TV programme then do get in touch with us as soon as possible. Filming starts in September so please do hurry.

Please email us with a detailed description of your health problem, a photo, plus your telephone and email address and contact details.
