Up and Coming Gluten-free Chef of the Year 2010, Shanice Parris

Last year's Up and Coming Gluten-free Chef of the Year, Shanice Parris, recently had her placement at Pennyhill Park working alongside Michelin starred chef Michael Wignall. Shanice says ‘It was a great experience. It was a great day and I took away lots of inspiration from it. Thank you for the opportunity!’
