For Italians, living without pasta is not an option and so Garofalo, premium Italian pasta makers, set themselves the objectives of creating a gluten free pasta with the knowledge that Garofalo pasta is synonymous with the experience of taste.
The recipe was carefully developed using corn, brown rice and quinoa. The combination gives a taste opportunity for everyone, not just those on a gluten free diet.
Garofalo chose shapes that work with the recipe and now there are 8 shapes in the range Spaghetti, Linguine, Penne, Casarecce, Gnocchi Sardi, Mafalda Corta, Fusilloni and Anellini.
