BFree Turkey & Ham Bake

The perfect recipe for your Christmas Day leftovers!

Serves 4


  • 4 slices of BFree White Loaf
  • Thyme
  • Parsley
  • Butter
  • 100g grated cheese
  • 1 x onion
  • 1 clove of garlic (crushed)
  • 150g frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp of wholegrain mustard
  • 350ml of chicken stock
  • 500g leftover turkey & ham
  • 200ml crème fraiche
  • 4 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp cold water


  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees

  2. Add 4 slices of BFree White Loaf, thyme and parsley into a blender and blitz

  3. Remove the contents from the blender and place into a bowl

  4. Add 1 tbsp of melted butter into the bowl and mix

  5. Sprinkle 100g of grated cheese into the bowl and mix

  6. In a pot, add 1 diced oven, 1 clove of crushed garlic and sauté until soft


Proceed to add;

  1. 150g of frozen peas, 1 tbsp of wholegrain mustard, 350ml of chicken stock, 500g of leftover turkey and ham and 200g of crème fraiche to the pot and bring to a simmer

  2. Pour 4 tbsp of cornflour and 2 tbsp of cold water into a ramekin and mix

  3. Add the mix into the pot and simmer until thickened 

  4. Transfer the contents from the pot to an oven proof dish

  5. Top with the breadcrumb mix from the bowl

  6. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes

  7. Enjoy!
