No one should feel alone or isolated because of their gluten free diet, especially at Christmas.
Coeliac UK and our amazing gluten free community are here to help you get the support you need, and make sure you don’t feel left out.
We're here to help you this Christmas through our network of volunteers and our expert support.
“Coeliac UK is like having a comfort blanket to fall back on. Their newsletters are a constant reminder that I am not alone and that having this disease is not something to be afraid of, but something that can be managed and I can be positive about.” Joanna Knowles, 39
Talk to one of our volunteers
Through our Member2Member programme we can connect you with one of our members who have experience of living gluten free so you have someone at the end of the phone who is happy to help you. We link members by experiences rather than geography, through conversations over the phone or email, so members can share their stories, learn from each other, pick up tips and recommendations, and potentially make a new friend.
During this lockdown period our volunteers are also available to provide a regular check in ‘hug’ call. So if you or someone you know is in need of extra support, let us know and we can connect you.
