Wholegrain Bread with Seeds, Quinoa and Olives

Ingredients

  • 1 x Box Bakery Wholegrain Bread Mix with Linseeds, Sunflower and Pumpkin Seeds & Quinoa
  • 325ml Lukewarm Water
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Olives

Method

  1. Shake the box to loosen contents, remove stopper and add the water and replace stopper. 
  2. Place your thumb over the stopper and shake the box well for a minute to thoroughly mix the ingredients.
  3. Pull the corner to remove the lid of the box and thoroughly mix the dough using a fork and mix in the chopped olives. 
  4. Brush gently with olive oil and bake according to pack instructions.
