  • 100g (3½oz) Lard/white fat
  • handful of gluten free flour*

Method

  1. Put the lard/white fat in the freezer until it is very cold but not frozen
  2. Once the lard/white fat is very cold, remove from the freezer and coarsely grate
  3. Sprinkle with gluten free flour to separate the pieces and use in your cooking as normal
