Kids Lunches

Are your kids bored of gluten free sandwiches? Here are some fresh and easy ideas to liven up your lunchboxes. They're all nut free too.

Our Cheese and Tomato Pastry Wrap recipe is ideal for getting the children involved. It's super versatile, so they can choose their own favourite fillings. Experiment with pepper, pepperoni and cheese, or even nut free pesto if you're not keen on tomatoes. Or try a healthy Salad and Tuna Pot, which can also be adapted as a gluten free pasta salad if you prefer.

For a lunchtime treat, the Chocolate Cheesecake Bar traybake is really easy to portion out and make ahead. You can even freeze individual portions and place straight into lunchboxes! Kids love getting involved with making colourful Fruit Kebabs. Just make sure you use 80g of fruit for a portion of your five a day.
