Cherry tomato risotto with rocket and pear

Home of Gluten Free Recipes Dinner Slow Cook RisottoNicola - "I've opted for the good old veggie staple – the risotto! A hearty dish flavoured with sweet cherry tomatoes. Paired with the salad (pun intended!) this makes for a perfect midweek meal, ideal for all the family."

Lamb and Vegetable Curry

Sam - "Lamb is my favourite meat and curry is often bubbling away in my kitchen, therefore this recipe gets my recommendation. I like to put the slow cooker on low and cook for 6-8 hours to come back to mouth water lamb and well developed flavours. We've also got a great chapati recipe that goes great with this curry."

Gammon with fennel slaw and salad

Home of Gluten Free Recipes Dinner Slow Cooked Gammon

Lorna - "Slow cooked gammon is a tasty meat and can be used in making a number of different recipes. This fennel slaw salad is a crunchy flavoursome recipe and the anise like flavour goes great with the gammon. Fennel provides a source of calcium, iron and folate which can contribute towards your days needs."
