Coeliac Coventry Group AGM Newsletter March 2016
Next Meeting on Saturday 19th March - 2.00 pm at
Hearsall Baptist Church Centre
Queensland Avenue, Chapelfields, Coventry CV5 8FE
At this meeting we look forward to a visit from ‘Shop In The Shed’. Diane will be telling us
about the products she stocks and there will be the opportunity to purchase some of them. This is a change to the planned speaker Sarah, from When it’s Scone it’s Gone. We will see Sarah in November.
The existing committee are all willing to stand for a further year. If you would like to be considered for committee please let either Tracy or Cynthia know before the 19th March. We may well be looking, in twelve months time, for a new Treasurer. If this is your interest/expertise please have a word with John Cremins, our existing Treasurer.
It is still uncertain of what we might be able to do again this year. We are still hoping something could be arranged at the hospital. The Campaign title this year is ‘Is It Coeliac Disease’.
As promised this has been booked for Saturday 21st May. Please see the accompanying Booking form with all the details. We are limited to 40, so again booking will be on a first come first served basis. We will send tickets out once booking form and cheque has been received. A self addressed/stamped envelope with booking form would be appreciated.
Henley College Meal
This is all booked for Wednesday 30th November. Details & Booking forms nearer the time.
Additional Event 2016
We are trying to arrange another Skittles/Fish & Chip afternoon, probably late September early October. Look out for details nearer the time. The last skittles event was great fun, with skittle alley, table skittles, shove a penny & quoits.
