5oz rice flour

5oz butter

2½ oz corn flour

2½ oz icing sugar



Mix in food processor (or fingers) to get fine crumbs

Grease 2, 7” sandwich tins, put mix evenly into tins

Press down on mix to make it solid (back of spoon or fingers)

Bake 180 for 25mins

Remove from oven, sprinkle sugar over (granulated or caster)

When cold, cut and remove from tin
