Food Hypersensitivity: What does it cost you?
RSM has been commissioned by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) to calculate the financial cost of living with a food hypersensitivity (coeliac disease, food intolerance or food allergy). RSM is seeking to understand both food costs and non-food costs, among them direct costs like supplements and medication, indirect costs like travel and lost income, and non-financial costs like time spent reading labels.
Who can take part?
If you would like to take part in the study you must:
- Either have a food hypersensitivity or live in a household with someone who has a food hypersensitivity and
- live in the United Kingdom.
What is involved?
A 20-30 minute online survey exploring your experience living with a food hypersensitivity and the associated costs.
