To add to his growing range of gluten-free cook books, Phil Vickery, our Food Ambassador, Michelin-starred chef, in association with Coeliac UK, has created 'Seriously Good! Gluten-Free Cooking for Kids' which features over 70 original recipes for children of all ages. This exciting new book equips parents with everything they need to know on providing their child with a balanced diet, from guidance on the essential ingredients of a gluten-free storecupboard to instructions for making gluten-free flour mixes for baking. Unfortunately an error crept into one of the recipes during the publication process which the publishers are keen to correct. So all of the first editions will contain a correction to a mistake on page 31 which lists pearl barley as an ingredient, which is not gluten-free. If you are using the recipe please use quinoa instead. All future editions will be corrected.
