AGM next week - more attendees needed

We need your help so that we can continue supporting the local North Hampshire coeliac community! We really want to continue organising events to bring local coeliacs together (e.g monthly coffee mornings, dietician talk, family events, Christmas meal, Children's Christmas party) and be able to support you via email.

Unfortunately so far we have not had enough members register to attend our AGM for us to meet our quorum. If you are a member of Coeliac UK and are free at 3.30pm on Saturday 26 April please email us to confirm if you can attend in person or via zoom at northhampshire@coeliac.org.uk 

The AGM will take place during our coffee afternoon which is from 3pm to 4.30pm in Waitrose cafe, Basingstoke, and the AGM will be at 3.30pm. The formalities of the AGM usually only takes 10-15mins, with the rest of the time spent having a drink and chatting with local coeliacs.

This year we are looking for more members to join our committee, so please contact us if you would like to get involved or if there are any matters you would like to raise at the AGM. If you would like to find out more about what being on the committee entails we would be happy to answer any questions you may have by email or set up a phone call with one of our existing committee members.

Please note that under Coeliac UK rules, only members of Coeliac UK can vote at an AGM. If you are attending our family Easter event which overlaps with our AGM, Gemma (our Youth Coordinator) will be joining via zoom, so let us know if you have Coeliac UK membership so we can include you for the quorum.
