Join us tomorrow for our coffee afternoon & AGM

This is a final reminder about our most important event of the year taking place tomorrow!

Our AGM is being held during our coffee afternoon and we need to make sure we have enough people attend so that our Local Group can continue to support the local North Hampshire coeliac community!  These meet ups are a great way to meet other local coeliacs in an informal setting, including the volunteers on our committee who work together behind the scenes to help make the group a success.

Thanks to those who have confirmed they can attend, it looks like we will hopefully have just enough attendees to meet our quorum. But it's going to be tight, so if you are a member of Coeliac UK and are free at 3.30pm tomorrow, then please join us.

The AGM will take place during our coffee afternoon which is from 3pm to 4.30pm in Waitrose cafe, Basingstoke, and the AGM will be at 3.30pm. The formalities of the AGM usually only takes 10-15mins, with the rest of the time spent having a drink and chatting with local coeliacs.

Please note that under Coeliac UK rules, only members of Coeliac UK can vote at an AGM. If you are attending our family Easter event which overlaps with our AGM, Gemma (our Youth Coordinator) will be joining via zoom, so let us know if you have Coeliac UK membership so we can include you for the quorum.
