Ingredients
- 200g (7oz) mixed berries such as raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
- 100g (3½oz) Nice & Nobbly Pumpkin, Almond, Raisin Granola
- 400g (14oz) natural greek yoghurt
- 4 tbsp (60g) Fairtrade Demerara sugar
Method
Mix the berries and divide into 4 individual ramekins
Spoon 25g of granola over each dish
Add the yoghurt and layer 100g thickly over the fruit in each ramekin
Sprinkle a tablespoonful of Demerara sugar over the yoghurt in each ramekin and refrigerate until ready to eat.
