Gluten Free Shopping Habits Report launches

This week, we launch our 2025 Shopping Habits survey. We asked our members what they think of the gluten free shopping experience – from product availability to reading labels – and 3,785 of you responded.

The survey shows a clear message: gluten free shoppers want more choice, better availability, and more products using the Crossed Grain Trademark, which means products have undergone independent manufacturing audits to help them shop safely and confidently.

74.7% of you trust our Crossed Grain Trademark more than a gluten free statement

76.4% of you would like all products labelled gluten free to display our Crossed Grain Trademark

Only 38.4% of members are happy with the range of gluten free products currently available in supermarkets

70% of you are dissatisfied with the quality of ‘on the go’ gluten free products

Your feedback informs our work with commercial partners within the gluten free space, supporting us to increase availability of good gluten free options.
