Gluten Free Chopped Hummus Salad Pittas

Ingredients

  • 4 Warburtons Gluten Free Soft White Pittas
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 100g cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 15ml olive oil
  • 200g hummus

Method

  1. Prep your salad stuff and finely chop a red onion, 2 big tomatoes, 100g cucumber and an avocado. 

  2. Shred up a little gem lettuce and add it to your nice big bowl of veg. 

  3. Next, glug 15ml olive oil into a bowl with a 200g tub of hummus and mix it together, then whack it on top of your salad and give it a good stir. 

  4. Get 4 of our Gluten Free Soft Pittas, open them and Stuff with your hummus-y salad and enjoy. Lunch, done
