Ingredients

  • 80ml Tamari (gluten free soy sauce)*
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cornflour

  1. Mix everything together then simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened.
