Our research
Coeliac UK is one of the largest funders of research into coeliac disease in the UK. Since 2005 we have spent over £3.5 million on research. We’ve supported research to understand the genetic basis and immune processes involved in the disease as well as laying the foundations for a potential vaccine improving diagnosis and post diagnosis support.
