Gluten Free Chopped Hummus Salad Pittas

Ingredients
- 4 Warburtons Gluten Free Soft White Pittas
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 100g cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 15ml olive oil
- 200g hummus
Method
Prep your salad stuff and finely chop a red onion, 2 big tomatoes, 100g cucumber and an avocado.
Shred up a little gem lettuce and add it to your nice big bowl of veg.
Next, glug 15ml olive oil into a bowl with a 200g tub of hummus and mix it together, then whack it on top of your salad and give it a good stir.
Get 4 of our Gluten Free Soft Pittas, open them and Stuff with your hummus-y salad and enjoy. Lunch, done
