Ingredients

  • 4 bananas
  • 175g (6oz) plain chocolate, melted*
  • 227g (8oz) punnet fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp (30g) icing sugar, sifted
  • Fresh mint, optional

Method

  1. Peel the bananas and cut each into 3 portions.

  2. Coat the banana portions with the chocolate and place on a sheet of baking parchment until set.

  3. Meanwhile, puree and sieve the raspberries to remove the pips.

  4. Stir in the icing sugar and pour the sauce onto a serving plate.

  5. Arrange the chocolate bananas on top and decorate with fresh mint if using.
