Come and enjoy a relaxed afternoon in the company of others living gluten free and their families, hosted by our fantastic North Wales and Chester volunteers.

Please bring something gluten free for our buffet table if you are able. It can be sweet or savoury, homemade or shop-bought. Please bring shop bought items in their original packaging and bring a full ingredients list for any home made items.

We will provide tea, coffee, and juice and small gifts for any children who join us. And you’ll have a chance to win a prize from our raffle.
