Coeliac UK speaking at Westminster

Our chief executive, Sarah Sleet will today be speaking at Westminster about the challenges faced by people with coeliac disease and following a gluten free diet.

Our chief executive, Sarah Sleet will today be speaking at Westminster about the challenges faced by people with coeliac disease and following a gluten free diet.

The event is part of the All Party Parliamentary Food and Health Forum which allows the sharing of ideas about food policy and is an opportunity to highlight issues to MPs, Peers and experts in their field.

Sarah will be sharing the floor with Heather Hancock, Chair of the Food Standards Agency, who also has coeliac disease. We have also collaborated with the Food Standards Agency on our recent Gluten Freevolution campaign.
