Ingredients
- 40g gluten free porridge oats*
- 125ml soya milk
- 50g coconut yoghurt
- ½ banana, sliced
- 80g fresh berries
- 5g chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Method
Stir together the oats, milk of choice and yoghurt in a bowl.
Place in the fridge overnight.
In the morning top with banana, fresh berries and chia seeds and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
