Dr Annalisa Schiepatti, University of Pavia, Italy Seronegative coeliac disease: a real world overview of long term outcomes

Villous atrophy is seen in untreated coeliac disease but is not specific to coeliac disease and can be seen in other conditions. This presentation covers villous atrophy with negative coeliac disease and the differentiation between seronegative coeliac disease and non-coeliac enteropathies. In addition to this diagnostic dilemma, the long term outcomes of both seronegative coeliac disease and non-coeliac enteropathies are discussed.
