Questions related to: How often will I get these new publications?

Why did you decide to change our member publications?
At three times a year, the former magazine could mean that we struggled with a lack of flexibility on timings for information and events. We wanted to address this without affecting the magazine content, including recipes and features, which we know from feedback, that our members really value.
It’s also really important to us to give our community of supporters the recognition they deserve. And we found we didn’t have enough room to do that in the old magazine. So the revamped Crossed Grain allows us to show you what your support means for other people who need to live gluten free, without compromising on the foodie content you enjoy.
Where can I send my queries and feedback for Crossed Grain and Live Well Gluten Free?
Drop us a line at publications@coeliac.org.uk, we’d love to hear from you.
What’s happened to Crossed Grain magazine?
We realised that the magazine in its old format wasn’t delivering updates to members in the most effective way. So we have taken Crossed Grain back to the way it used to be – a community newsletter giving you charity updates and events information. And alongside this we’ve developed a new magazine to give you the recipes and lifestyle tips you love, called Live Well Gluten Free.
I only want to access the digital versions of the publications. Can I opt out?
Of course, just give us a call on 0333 332 2033 or email generalenquiries@coeliac.org.uk to let us know you no longer wish to receive printed editions.
We’re currently reviewing what digital versions we can provide and will keep you updated with these.
And don’t forget, if you’re trying to cut down on your paper usage, you can also opt out of our printed Food and Drink Guide.
Do changes to publications mean I have lost anything from my membership package?
No, in fact we’re hoping you’ll find your new publications even better! We’re constantly working to improve the services we offer members so we’ll continue refining both Crossed Grain and Live Well Gluten Free throughout 2019.
Is Live Well Gluten Free the new Crossed Grain?
No, we know how much Crossed Grain means to our supporters and our heritage so we wanted to keep it. Live Well Gluten Free is a new publication devoted to delicious gluten free recipes, advice on living well, and updates on research and all other things gluten free.
