Local groups Get help and support in your local area
Our local groups are there to lend a hand on all things gluten free in your local area. It can be so important to have peer support, especially when you're first diagnosed with coeliac disease. Our local groups are dotted around the country and organise a host of events like:
- cookery demonstrations or talks from gluten free manufacturers
- meals out, coffee mornings, quiz nights and other social events
- meetings with medical experts
- fundraising events
- awareness raising events
- gluten free food fairs.
But the first role a local group plays is supporting newly diagnosed people in the local area.
