
Protein Balls with GoFree Rice Pops

Ingredients
- 100g (4oz) almonds
- 75g (3oz) Nestlé GoFree Rice Pops
- 150g (6oz) soft dates
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp almond or peanut butter
Method
- Place the almonds and Nestlé GoFree Rice Pops into a food processor and blend for a minute or so until they are crushed. Then add the dates, cocoa, coconut oil, and almond butter to the almond mix, and blend until the mix is combined
- Roll the mix into 12 balls
- Place these in the fridge for an hour or so to set. They can then be stored in the fridge.
