Gluten Free Seeded Rolls
Making gluten free bread is no mean feat which is why FREEE by Doves Farm have given a helping hand and created an easy, ready-to-go mix. Simply add oil and water and create delicious seeded bread rolls.

Ingredients
- 500g FREEE Seeded Bread Mix
- 430ml tepid water
- 3 tbsp oil
Method
- Rub oil around the insides of two or 4-hole Yorkshire pudding trays.
- Put the bread mix, water and 2 spoons of the oil into a large bowl and mix to a thick batter.
- Drizzle the remaining oil over the sticky batter/dough and turn the mixture a couple of times in the bowl to encourage the formation of a doughy mass.
- Cut the dough into 8 pieces and place them in the prepared trays.
- Smooth the tops and cover loosely with oiled cling film.
- Leave in a warm place for 45 minutes for the dough to rise.
- Pre-heat the oven at 220°C, Fan 200°C, 425°F, Gas 7.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
