
Small Gluten Free Cheese Bread

Ingredients
- 190ml water
- 1tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 250g all - purpose flour *
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 70g grated parmesan cheese

Method
- Insert the kneading blade into the baking pan.
- Add the ingredients in the order listed. Liquids (i.e. water, vinegar, oil, egg) go in first.
- Then add salt, sugar, and flour.
- Add grated parmesan cheese into the flour layer (not directly into liquids).
- Make a small well in the top of the flour (not touching liquids) and add the dry yeast into the well.
- Place the pan in the breadmaker and close the lid.
- Select Program: Start program 8 selecting the darkest crust.
- Set loaf size: This recipe makes a small to medium loaf (~500g total), so select 500g or 750g, depending on your model.
- Start the program.
