Small Gluten Free Cheese Bread

Ingredients

  • 190ml water
  • 1tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 250g all - purpose flour *
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 70g grated parmesan cheese

Method

  1.  Insert the kneading blade into the baking pan.
  2. Add the ingredients in the order listed. Liquids (i.e. water, vinegar, oil, egg) go in first.
  3. Then add salt, sugar, and flour.
  4. Add grated parmesan cheese into the flour layer (not directly into liquids).
  5. Make a small well in the top of the flour (not touching liquids) and add the dry yeast into the well.
  6. Place the pan in the breadmaker and close the lid.
  7. Select Program: Start program 8 selecting the darkest crust.
  8. Set loaf size: This recipe makes a small to medium loaf (~500g total), so select 500g or 750g, depending on your model.
  9. Start the program.
