5 Simple Ingredients
Making healthy, filling gluten free meals can be difficult, especially when you’re on a budget.
We tasked our home economist Louise to see what four meals she could rustle up with the same five ingredients. Take a look at what you can do with a whole chicken, 12 eggs, 2 onion, 5 sweet potatoes and 300g of spinach, plus a few store cupboard staples.
We have a rich Spanish style casserole which frugally uses the leftovers from the Roast chicken with sweet potato wedges and spinach salad dinner. There are two lighter options which can be eaten for lunch, breakfast or even brunch! Tuck into a Sweet potato frittata or our delicious potato cake with a poached egg.
