Jason Church our Gluten-free Chef of the Year features in Sunday Telegraph

The 5 March edition of the widely read paper featured an interview with our Gluten-free Chef of the Year, Jason Church.

Jason, who won the much coveted title in our November live cook off, talks about his interest in gluten-free cooking and coeliac disease.

He spent the day working with the journalist and cooked his award winning three course menu which impressed the judges of the competition, led by our Food Ambassador Phil Vickery.
